The Columbia County Highway and Transportation Department retained the design services of Ayres Associates Inc to prepare preliminary and final roadway and bridge plans for the reconstruction of County Highway "V" beginning at the intersection of State Highway 113 and ending at the County Highway "J" intersection within the Town of Lodi.

The design team has been gathering design data and public comment and has begun to develop and refine concept alternatives for the reconstruction of County Highway "V".

A third Public Informationmeetingwas held on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 to provide the public with a summary of design alternatives being considered and allow them an opportunity to comment.
